Individual 'email based' correspondence courses are ideal for those without access to fast internet connections; time for lessons at set times; or for those on a budget.

As an English student you will be assigned a personal tutor, who will set and correct homework exercises, respond to your email correspondence, and encourage a wide-ranging written exchange on topics that are of interest to you. Some students choose to write a diary and send this every day for their teacher to correct and comment on, others like to understand and comment on song lyrics, construct vocabulary, improve writing, write compositions, essays, letters and reports, understand texts, learn grammar, interpret and comment on short stories, novels, plays, poems and films, play learning games and write chats.

We guarantee that you will receive a response to all your emails within 24 hours. And that the feedback you receive should prove lively and motivating, and will be extremely helpful in improving your English. You are able to contact your teacher once a day, every day for the duration of your course.

Our e-mail based correspondence lessons are available at all levels from elementary, lower intermediate to proficiency, and also for those aiming to take an international exam in English, such as Cambridge, FCE, CAE, CPE; IELTS; or ibTOEFL. All our programs are designed individually to suit the needs of our students.

After completion of our course of English correspondence, you will receive a certificate from Pleasant English. This certificate proves that you have studied with us and also gives an indication of your level of English. You can then use this to prove your study and knowledge of English. How often can I make contact with my tutor during my email based correspondence course?	Most students make contact with their teachers on a daily basis. Teachers will not respond to more than one email in 24 hours.

What are the lessons like?	They can be tailored to fit your own requirements.
Can I have lessons for specific purposes?	Yes, your lessons are created to match your individual needs. If you would like to work on your Business English; or prepare for examinations such as Cambridge FCE, CAE, CPE etc; or academic writing courses, we can help.
Where do your teachers come from?	All of our teachers are native speakers of English. At present our team of teachers consists of qualified native speakers from England.
What are the teachers qualifications?	All our tutors are experienced and qualified teachers of English, educated to at least MA level.
How can I pay for my lessons?	You can pay by credit card online, or if you prefer by bank transfer or Western Union. Full details here.
If I pay the fee today, when can I start my lessons?	Once payment is received you will be assigned a tutor who will then make contact with you within 24 hours.
Do I get any proof that I have studied with Pleasant English?	Yes, all students receive a certificate indicating their level of English, and the kind of course they studied.
Can I speak to someone about my course before booking?	Of course! Online lessons are administered by our school in Argentina. Our office staff can be reached between 9am and 9pm Argentine time any weekday.
